Installations must meet these requirements in order to work properly:

• [ ] DEVICES MUST BE PLUGGED IN FOR AT LEAST 45-60 MINUTES BEFORE THERMAL SCANNING USAGE
• [ ] Devices that need to perform thermal scanning must not be placed outside
• [ ] Devices that need to perform thermal scanning should generally avoid being under airflow (vents, open windows, etc.)
• [ ] Devices that need to perform thermal scanning must not be pointed directly at sunlight
• [ ] Devices that need to perform thermal scanning should be installed in an environment with stable temperature between 64-80F
• [ ] Devices should be installed onto the security bracket
• [ ] Devices need to be mounted onto an approved metal mount, including LivMote floor stand, wall mount, and desk mount
• [ ] For wifi networks, networks need to be 2.4GHz band and must not require an additional login screen after entering the network key
• [ ] Devices should be installed at ~50-52" height, so most users can comfortable stand between 8-15" away from the device
• [ ] Devices should avoid exposure to water
